Shipping and Return
We entrust our deliveries to carefully selected couriers such as FEDEX or DHL, depends on your country. We are not liable for any local taxes, which must be paid according to the destination country’s legislation.
Delivery is always free for Ukraine.
We deliver worlwilde. Standard delivery time — 10-20 working days from the dispatch and 2-3 working days for the express delivery.
Please note that delivery times may be longer during busy periods or holidays. We cannot specify the exact time of your delivery, just the possible timeframe and a confirmation email will be sent when your package is on its way.
As per International Laws regulating Commerce and Trade of imports and exports all VIKELE.COM orders are shipped out of KYIV, UKRAINE (not EU country) — WITH AN OFFICIAL INVOICE declaring the exact total of merchandise purchased.
If your order is taking longer than expected or you want to find out when it will arrive, you can check its progress using your tracking information. We offer free shipping on all orders.
We do not offer price adjustments or price matching.
Merchandise in original saleable condition with all original tags attached may be refunded back to the original form of payment or exchanged within 14 days of receipt.
Clients choose the courier on their own, taking into account that the parcel must be delivered within 10 days. If for any reason clients are not satisfied with an order size, within 14 days of the merchandise delivery date the item(s) can be returned for size exchange.
All refunds exclude delivery costs. Merchandise must be accompanied by both the original sales receipt and a return authorization number. To receive a return authorization number, e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org and provide your name, order number, name of item(s) you wish to return, and reason for return. Any merchandise returned without a return authorization number will incur a non-negotiable re-stocking fee at 50% of the cost of the merchandise ordered, excluding tax and shipping. Individually ordered goods are not subject to return. We reserve the right to refuse a return or exchange if the merchandise does not meet our standards. Where provided, all original packaging to accompany the item must be included and returned in its original condition. Goods that are returned with damages may not be accepted, and may be sent back to the customer. In cases not covered by this Delivery And Return Policy, issues are solved individually by negotiations of the parties.
