Warranty Period
• The warranty is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
• To qualify for warranty repairs, you must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

What Does the Warranty Cover?

The warranty only covers manufacturing defects, including:
✔ Material defects (cracking, delamination, or discoloration not caused by wear).
✔ Hardware issues (zippers, buttons, clasps, metal elements).
✔ Stitching defects (seams coming apart without external mechanical impact).
✔ Lining defects or other structural flaws caused by a manufacturing fault.

What is NOT Covered by the Warranty?

❌ Wear and tear due to prolonged use (scuffs, scratches, color fading).
❌ Mechanical damage (cuts, tears, stains from cosmetics, liquids, or sun exposure).
❌ Damage caused by improper care or exposure to harsh substances.
❌ Deformation of the bag or handles due to improper storage or excessive weight.
❌ Repairs or modifications made at an unauthorized service center.

How to Request a Warranty Repair?

Post-Warranty Repair

If your VIKELE STUDIO item is not covered by the warranty, we offer paid repair services at our official service center. The cost and feasibility of the repair will be determined after an initial evaluation.
